Instructions for Applicants:

There are 2 kinds of fee you must pay to get Vietnam visa: Service fee and Stamping fee

1. Service fee

Applicants have to pay us service fee in advance through one of our payment options to obtain the visa approval letter/ visa code in the next 2 working days. However, they may also choose Rush visa to speed up the process and get it done within  24 working hours (urgent) or 4 – 8 working hours (super urgent). Check out this table below:

2. Stamping fee

This fee is charged to pay directly to Vietnamese Government’s Treasury. The stamping fee may vary every year stipulated by the Ordinance of Vietnamese Government so you need to check the amount on our website annually.

Visa on arrival: You will pay this stamping fee at the Vietnam airport to get your passport stamped. Your approval letter will be considered to be a legal evidence admitting your entry to Vietnam by Vietnam Immigration Department.

Note: Single/Multiple entry refers to the number of times you travel to and fro Vietnam. It does not relate to the number of persons.
