Hoa Binh to host paragliding tournament for the first time

Paragliding tournament is going to take place in Lac Son district in the northern province of Hoa Binh from 16th to 18th November.
The event is expected to attract participation of around 30 pilots from paragliding clubs in Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore. This is a good opportunity for Vietnamese pilots to learn from international counterparts before joining future paragliding tournaments around Southeast Asia and Asia.
The event leads Vietnamese sports to a new progress, enabling the country to hold annual paragliding competitions in the future.
Paragliding appears in Vietnam 10 years ago and roughly, attract 200 Vietnamese pilots join in this sport.
