I am emailing you to thank you for the excellent service you have provided recently. I am travelling in South East Asia, currently Thailand and am moving into Vietnam on the 23/04/2012. This is the first time I have had to apply for a visa myself and you have made it a very simple procedure. The service was quick and efficient and whenever I emailed you with a question, which was more than once, someone responded within a very short time.

I can now look forward to my trip to Vietnam relaxed in the knowledge that I should have no problems entering at Ho Chi Minh airport.
